Flat lanyards can be printed on. Those made out of polyester twill, nylon, or cotton are usually flat and their surface are ideal for printing designs and logos. It is possible to use three different printing techniques: screen-printing, dye sublimation, and hot stamping. Hot stamping is the cheapest normally seeing it only uses 1 color. This method is best for badges used at trade shows or by students. Screen-printing produces a higher quality and longer lasting image with colored ink, should you need a more durable & better quality finish. Dye sublimation produces the most detailed & longest lasting image. However it’s also the most expensive technique.
